MY BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!
At last I can tell you the news! I just finished writing the first book in the new KATIE WELDON series!
For the past seven years I’ve received requests from readers all over the world asking me to write more novels for teens. Ever since Christy and Todd walked down the aisle in I Promise readers wanted to know what happened next. I wanted to know, too! With every letter I asked the Lord, “May I please write more about these characters?” The answer was always silence. So I waited.
One afternoon last summer, I had a unique, defining moment and I knew the answer was, "Yes." (You can read the details on the News and Events link on my wonderful new website www.robingunn.com.)
From there the doors swung wide open and I am thrilled to tell you that Peculiar Treasures is the first of three Katie Weldon novels available from Zondervan Publishers. The release date is March 2008.
In sweet anticipation of the fictional reunion of Katie, Rick, Christy, Todd and the rest of the gang, we'll be offering some fun contests through my website during the next few months. Be sure to watch for new editions of Robin's Nest newsletter and keep checking www.robingunn.com for more information.
I'm so excited to be able to finally share this happy news. I hope you'll visit the new website soon.
